Joel R. Rosenberg

Joel R. Rosenberg is an expert Civil Trial Attorney as certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Rosenberg is also a member of the Motorcycle Accidents and Accident & Personal Injury groups at Stark & Stark.

For over 40 years, Joel has focused his practice on representing negligently injured people. Joel has extensive experience representing those who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injuries, including death resulting from automobile, truck and motorcycle crashes, fall injury cases, as well as medical malpractice, throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has also been admitted Pro Hoc Vice in other states for catastrophic injury cases.

In the last two years, Joel successfully litigated a $25.75 Million settlement for an injured motorcyclist, $4 Million and $3.6 Millon settlements in motorcycle death cases, as well as a $990,000 settlement of a medical malpractice case involving the utilization of a non-FDA approved stem cell biologic.

Joel is an experienced and skilled litigator who has tried cases to verdict in counties throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is Certified as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by both the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Joel is chair of the Board of Directors of Quilts for Kids, Inc., an organization which transforms discontinued designer fabrics into quilts to comfort children with cancer, AIDS, and other life-threatening illnesses as well as battered and abused children. In addition, he is a board member of the Barkann Family Healing Hearts Foundation that provides financial support to help families across the Delaware Valley whose hearts have been broken by the sudden illness or sudden loss of life of a loved one. In the past, he was active in the annual MDA Ride for Life sponsored by the Eastern Harley-Davidson Dealers Association. MDA Ride for Life is the most successful single, largest purpose-driven Harley-Davidson fundraising event in the world. In 2018, Joel rode in the Harley Davidson 115^th Anniversary Parade in Milwaukee, as an invited guest of MDA.

He is also a member of the American Motorcycle Association and the Harley Owners Group.

Joel is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He is also Board-Certified by The National Board of Trial Advocacy and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
