Ezra Rothenberg is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Commercial Litigation Group, where he concentrates his litigation practice in the area of commercial real estate matters, contract disputes, shareholder litigation, creditors’ rights litigation, and other complex litigation matters.
For two years, Ezra served as a Summer Associate at Stark & Stark. Upon graduating from law school, he rejoined the Firm as a Law Clerk, and after passing the Bar, was promoted to Associate Attorney. He also has previous experience as an Intern to the Honorable Judge Evelyn Padin at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey,
Ezra attended Bais Medrash Ateres Shlomo for his undergraduate degree and attended Seton Hall University for law school, graduating magna cum laude. He is the Founder and former President of Kollel Zichron Sender, a non-profit educational initiative geared towards creating practical Jewish Law programs for post-graduate Rabbinical students.
