Dee is a Shareholder and Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Land Development Groups at Stark & Stark. She handles a wide range of matters for the real estate industry, including commercial transactions, leasing, joint ventures, commercial condominium formations and governance, and land development applications. Dee also sits on Stark & Stark’s Management Team as the Finance Shareholder.
Dee also represents clients in the beer, wine, and spirits industries on a variety of issues, including corporate formation, financing, licensing leasing, acquisitions, and intellectual property law. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and The Pipeline and on the Board of Directors for the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Dee was Law Clerk to The Honorable F. Lee Forrester, J.S.C. of Mercer County, New Jersey, and served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Neil H. Shuster, P.J. Ch., of Mercer County.
