Dillon A. Collins

Dillon Collins is an Associate and member of the Business & Corporate Group. He concentrates his practice in the representation of businesses on a variety of issues including corporate formation, financing, franchising, licensing, mergers & acquisitions, executive compensation, equity compensation plans, employment agreements, real estate, and intellectual property law.

Dillon served as a Summer Associate at Stark & Stark during the summer of 2024. Upon graduating from law school, he rejoined the Firm as a Law Clerk, and after passing the Bar, was promoted to Associate Attorney.

Having obtained his B.A. from Marlboro College as well as his M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University, Dillon attended Temple University Beasley School of Law. In law school, he won the Kohn Prize for Transactional Skills, served as a staff editor for Temple Law Review, and graduated cum laude. Dillon previously served as a Legal Intern for the Education Law Center in Philadelphia, as well as for the School District of Philadelphia Office of General Counsel. He previously served as a corps member of Teach For America, working as a high school social studies teacher in Hawaii.
