Catherine (Kate) Foley is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice groups. She represents plaintiffs in personal injury litigation matters focusing on complex injuries and professional liability claims with a specific focus on medical negligence.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Kate served as attorney for several Philadelphia-area law firms, representing injured plaintiffs in catastrophic medical malpractice, wrongful death, and complex personal injury actions, as well as focusing on mass torts, multi-district litigation, product liability, and medical malpractice claims. She also gained experience representing hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in the defense of professional liability actions, which gives her a unique perspective when representing plaintiffs in such actions.
