Brian E. Kasper is Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Litigation, Shareholder and Partner Disputes, and Business & Corporate Groups. Mr. Kasper has counseled and represented clients on various matters, including complex litigation matters, injunctions, shareholder and partner disputes, real estate acquisition and sales, property disputes, employment matters, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, franchise disputes, consumer fraud, and computer fraud.
Mr. Kasper has advised both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including the construction, real estate, consumer goods, wealth management, entertainment, and technology industries.
Mr. Kasper’s experience includes advising Fortune 500 companies in multinational contract disputes, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels of federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. He has also been certified as a mediator by the State of New Jersey.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Kasper served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul Innes—Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Mercer County—as well as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, in the Civil Part of the Morris/Sussex Vicinage.
While attending law school, Mr. Kasper was awarded the Herman J. Obert Award for attaining the highest grade in the course of Business Organizations. He also served as a member of the Villanova University School of Law Civil Justice Clinic, through which he successfully represented low-income clients in general civil matters.
