Brian E. Kasper is Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Litigation, Shareholder and Partner Disputes, and Business & Corporate Groups.
Brian provides strategic counsel and litigation services to organizations ranging from global corporations to local nonprofit organizations. Brian has counseled and represented clients in a variety of industries, including the construction, real estate, consumer goods, wealth management, entertainment, and technology industries.
His services include pre-litigation and litigation advisement on complex litigation matters, injunctions, shareholder and partner disputes, real estate acquisition and sales, property disputes, employment matters, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, franchise disputes, and computer fraud. His advisory work includes assessing and managing fiduciary claims, counseling on corporate governance matters, and advising clients in connection with corporate restructuring. Brian represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Brian served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Paul Innes—Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Mercer County—as well as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, in the Civil Part of the Morris/Sussex Vicinage.
