Amanda R. (Lewis) Freyer

Amanda (Lewis) Freyer is an Associate in the Accident & Personal Injury Group at Stark & Stark. She is committed to advocating for individuals who have been harmed due to the negligence of others.

With a compassionate approach and a proven track record of success, Amanda provides her clients with personalized attention and vigorous representation throughout every stage of their case, while ensuring each client feels supported and informed throughout the legal process.

Amanda specializes in handling complex personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, construction accidents, burn injuries, and sexual assault matters. She understands the physical, emotional, and financial challenges her clients face and works tirelessly in an effort to secure the compensation they deserve.

At Stark & Stark, Amanda combines her extensive legal knowledge with the firm’s vast resources to develop strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation. As the Co-Chair of the Associates Committee she is focused on bringing professional development and education to the attorneys at Stark & Stark. A respected leader among her peers, Amanda is committed to advancing the practice of personal injury law through education and professional engagement. She has spoken before the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ), the Mercer County Bar Association, and the Bucks County Bar Association. Through these presentations, she shares her knowledge and practical experience with fellow attorneys while helping to educate and mentor others in the legal community.

As a local New Jersey resident, Amanda is deeply connected to the communities she serves. Her commitment and passion to personal injury law is also personal: after seeing her own mother navigate the challenges that followed a serious injury, Amanda gained firsthand insight into the uncertainty and stress injured individuals and their families can experience. That perspective strengthens her dedication to advocating tirelessly for every client and pursuing the support and compensation they need to move forward.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Amanda served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Benjamin D. Morgan, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Gloucester and Salem Counties. She also served as a law clerk for a  Philadelphia trial firm.
