John P. Maloney is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate Group and Business Succession Planning Group, where he focuses his practice on corporate transactional and governance matters.
John has a broad range of experience in corporate and commercial law, and represents clients in many transactional and governance matters, including mergers, asset and stock purchases and sales, joint ventures, reorganizations, commercial lendings, equity investments and new entity formation.
John represents a wide array of clients, including investment management companies and manufacturing businesses and companies within the service sector, such as those within the apparel, pharmaceutical, internet technology, transportation, packaged foods, food additives, and real estate development industries.
