    Associate

    Ksenia Cutler is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury Group, where she helps people who have been seriously hurt in motorcycle, car, and truck accidents as well as other personal injuries such as slip and fall accidents and dog bites.  She has worked on many significant injury cases in New Jersey, including a $25.75 million dollar settlement for an injured motorcyclist.  Ksenia is known for being both compassionate with her clients and aggressive when fighting for their rights. She takes the time to understand each client’s story and guides them through the legal process with care.

    Ksenia is a member of both the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). These organizations allow her to stay ahead of legal developments and advocate for laws that strengthen protection for injury victims.

    Outside of her legal work, Ksenia is actively involved in her community and is fluent in Russian.
