Richard F. Hamilton is a Retired Partner and former Chair of Stark & Stark’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Group. Mr. Hamilton has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate development and transactional work. Mr. Hamilton has extensive experience in planning, zoning, and land use matters throughout New Jersey.
He regularly handled filings and registrations for condominiums and homeowner associations with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. His representation of clients included the purchase, sale, and mortgage transactions on commercial properties, as well as representation of lenders in real estate-based loan origination and workout transactions.
Prior to becoming a Shareholder at Stark & Stark, he was a partner for 12 years in the law firm of Destribats & Hamilton.
