Aram D. Karabulut

Aram Karabulut is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Community Associations and Construction Litigation groups, where he concentrates his practice on representing multi-family residential and commercial property owners in construction and community association related matters.

His practice encompasses disputes between homeowner/condominium associations and developers over transition of control, construction defect claims, litigation with contractor-vendors, insurance coverage claims and general counsel representation.

Mr. Karabulut also has experience representing property owners, builders, contractors and other businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters such as contract disputes, construction lien availability and enforceability, delay damages, consumer fraud claims and litigation exposure/avoidance counseling.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Karabulut served as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in both the Mercer and Ocean Trial Regions, where he tried multiple major felony cases through to jury verdict. He also served as an attorney for a South Jersey law firm where he represented commercial clients in general liability matters.

Mr. Karabulut has held various legal and policy internships, including for the Widener University- Delaware Law School’s Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Clinic, the Office of Defense Services in Wilmington, DE, the New Jersey Senate Majority Office, and the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender – Middlesex Trial Region.
