Stark & Stark is pleased to welcome our new Director of Human Resources and Facilities, Marie-Claire Correa.
Marie-Claire has multi-industry experience, specializing in operations management, recruitment and retention, strategic planning, organizational design, staff training and education, stakeholder relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and program and project management. Marie-Claire has worked for other major and national law firms throughout her career. She began her career in the legal industry after receiving her B.S. from St. John’s University and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University.
Along with acting as the Director of Human Resources and Facilities, Marie-Claire serves as the D & I Member and Secretary for Stark & Stark’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee. She is also involved in a subcommittee called Infrastructure and Mentoring by serving as a volunteer member and the Human Resources expert on policies and position training.
