Stark & Stark Hosts the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey’s Executive Leadership Retreat

It was an honor for all of us at Stark & Stark to host the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey’s Executive Leadership Retreat on October 22, 2022. Stark & Stark recognizes the value of effective leadership and is confident that the HBA-NJ shares this perspective. Our very own Alex Fajardo, who serves as the HBA-NJ’s Treasurer, participated in the event. “It was a very inspiring and energizing day,” said Alex. The organization’s President, President-Elect, and Immediate Past-President were in attendance, along with six former HBA-NJ Presidents. The group discussed the HBA’s history and strategized for future efforts. Alex explains, “Hearing how the HBA was started and learning about struggles our leaders overcame throughout our history will serve our future leaders well in lifting the HBA to even greater heights.
