Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Philip Degnan has been elected as Secretary of Rugby New Jersey. Rugby New Jersey is a non-profit organization that acts as the governing body for youth rugby in the state.
The goal of Rugby New Jersey is to promote, develop, support, and increase the number of youth and high school rugby players in the state via a centralized professional administration. “I have been an avid player and fan of this rapidly growing sport since college,” said Philip. “Now that I have retired from playing, I look forward to giving back to the game in an administrative role.”
