Zachary Linse is a Summer Associate at Stark & Stark. Having attended undergrad at Vassar College for Economics and Psychology, Mr. Linse will be a third year law student at Seton Hall University School of Law. He is a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. In addition, at Seton Hall, he was on the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, was a Student Advocate for the Courtroom Advocate Program, and is a member of the First Generation Law Students Association. Zach has recently accepted a clerkship with Judge Fuentes, Presiding Judge Part H, Appellate Division, for the 2021-2022 judicial term.
In the spring of 2020, Mr. Linse completed an externship with Justice Timpone of the NJ Supreme Court, where he reviewed appeals, researched applicable law, and authored recommended case dissolutions to the Court. Zach spent the last half of 2019 working as a law clerk for the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice, where he created policy proposals for New Jersey Legislature designed to reduce economic inequality, and aggregated national data regarding first-time homebuyers and the “Great Recession’s” effect on wealth. Mr. Linse was a Winter Legal Intern for the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, where he assisted pro se clients file and answer claims involving housing, divorce, and consumer debt issues.
