Patrick C. Kouyialis is an Associate and member of the Accident & Personal Injury group at Stark & Stark. He represents clients who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of the negligence of others.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Pat served as an associate in the New York City office of an AmLaw 100 Firm where he represented the interests of insurance carriers, in addition to third-party administrators and self-insured parties, in the defense of general liability matters inclusive of premises liability, automobile liability, subrogation, construction-site accident, construction defect, products liability and professional malpractice claims. He also served as an associate at a large regional law firm in New Brunswick, NJ where he litigated a broad range of insurance defense matters with a focus on representing the interests of developers, contractors, and design professionals in construction-related litigation.
Prior to entering private practice, Pat clerked for the Honorable Stephen L. Petrillo, J.S.C. in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
During law school, Pat served as a Clinic Associate for the Criminal and Youth Justice Clinic and was a Faculty Research Assistant to Professor Vera Bergelson. Additionally, Pat was a Pro Bono Scholar and the recipient of the Eric R. Neisser Pro Bono Service Award.
