John S. Prisco is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Construction Litigation Group. Mr. Prisco is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation, appellate practice, and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration, in New Jersey and New York.

Mr. Prisco has extensive experience representing clients in connection with:

  • Recovered in excess of $1,400,000 on behalf of Homeowners Association located in Monroe, New Jersey, in connection with Transition financial and construction claims;
  • Recovered over $3,400,000 on behalf of commercial property owner in connection with allegations of critical structural damage to multi-story commercial building stemming from adjacent construction/development;
  • Co-counsel in construction defect matter involving severe water infiltration claims and damages to mid-rise new construction stemming from improper design, installation, and oversight. Recovered over $4,000,000 on behalf of condominium association in Union City, New Jersey;
  • Co-counsel in complex construction defect matter in which over $6,000,000 was recovered on behalf of large, multi-building condominium community in Passaic County;
  • Co-counsel in complex construction defect matter in which over $5,750,000 was recovered on behalf of condominium association located in Old Bridge, New Jersey;
