John S. Prisco is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Construction Litigation Group. - Recovered over $3,400,000 on behalf of commercial property owner in connection with allegations of critical structural damage to multi-story commercial building stemming from adjacent construction/development;
- Co-counsel in construction defect matter involving severe water infiltration claims and damages to mid-rise new construction stemming from improper design, installation, and oversight. Recovered over $4,000,000 on behalf of condominium association in Union City, New Jersey;
- Co-counsel in complex construction defect matter in which over $6,000,000 was recovered on behalf of large, multi-building condominium community in Passaic County;
- Co-counsel in complex construction defect matter in which over $5,750,000 was recovered on behalf of condominium association located in Old Bridge, New Jersey;
