Alexis Wiggley is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use, and Banking & Financial Services groups, where she represents developers, landowners, lenders, and individuals in a wide range of matters for the real estate and banking industry, including commercial real estate purchases and sales, leasing, loan transactions, and land development projects.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Wiggley served as an attorney for an Illinois-based law firm where she practiced general business, real estate, and estate planning. She represented buyers, sellers, and landlords in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, and practiced civil litigation in matters relating to land disputes, mechanic’s liens, foreclosures, evictions, tortious interference, defamation, and probate administration disputes.
While attending Washington University School of Law, Ms. Wiggley served as a Community Economic Development- Microenterprise Program Intern for the Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. Additionally, she served as Staff Editor of the Global Studies Law Review and was Treasurer of the Black Law Student Association.
