More than 105 attorneys, 27 practice areas, and a philosophy of putting the law to work for our clients is the basis from which we build and maintain our practice.

Boasting one of the oldest law practices in New Jersey, Stark & Stark offers a full range of legal services for businesses and individuals. After more than 80 years, our attorneys continue to deliver practical, efficient solutions to clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and throughout the United States. Our attorneys are supported by a staff in excess of 200, all of whom are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to each client.

Our Work in the Community
Giving back to our communities is a tradition that Stark & Stark takes very seriously. Simply put, we believe it is the right thing to do. Whether individually or collectively, members of our firm (attorneys and staff) donate their time and resources for scores of community programs and philanthropic organizations. Many of our attorneys and staff are also active as board members and maintain leadership roles within their communities.
