Corporate/Real Estate Attorney

Stark & Stark, a prominent New Jersey law firm, offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney to be located in its Princeton office. Bring in clients, handle your own cases, develop community relationships, and build a practice. We offer this opportunity to a seasoned attorney, who will work on corporate, franchise, real estate and banking transactions, technology contracts and business formation and counseling. Candidates must be admitted to NJ Bar. Admission to one other state bar, such as PA or NY, is desirable. We want candidates who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements and a superior work ethic.

Personal Injury Attorney

Stark & Stark has an immediate opening for an experienced (3-7 years) Personal Injury attorney for well-established plaintiff’s personal injury practice in South Jersey. PA admission a plus. This is a challenging opportunity with unlimited growth potential. Candidates must possess a strong academic background and excellent writing skills. Trial experience required with some background in med mal preferred. 

Legal Secretary - Floater

Stark & Stark has an opening in its Lawrenceville, New Jersey office for an experienced Legal Secretary (3-5 years) to work as a "floater" and assist attorneys throughout the Lawrenceville office. Responsibilities also include receptionist and switchboard relief. Must be proficient in Word, Outlook and be willing to learn new software programs. Along with excellent telephone etiquette, the ideal candidate must project a positive attitude in person and on the phone and be able to prioritize work. Hours are Monday- Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility to the schedule required.
