Thomas J. Pryor is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Insurance Coverage & Liability Groups. Mr. Pryor has been engaged since 1982 in sophisticated corporate and commercial litigation involving a wide range of practice areas: complex insurance coverage, environmental litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, mediation, disability claims, partnership disputes, real estate and land use litigation.
Mr. Pryor has litigated complex commercial cases for 30 years and has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court since 1993. He has recovered total settlements and judgments of over ten million dollars for his clients. He is included in the New Jersey Supreme Court Statewide Roster of Civil Mediators.
In 2006, Mr. Pryor was a speaker for Reed Logic’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference. He has also taught Appellate Advocacy as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law, Communication and Conflict Resolution at Kean University and has lectured widely, as well as having published numerous articles in areas related to litigation. Mr. Pryor is board President of Anchor House, a non-profit organization which provides emergency childcare services.
