Andrew J. Podolski is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Construction Litigation Group where he concentrates his practice in the representation of complex construction litigation claims on behalf of community associations, commercial property owners, homeowners and developers, among others.

Mr. Podolski has extensive experience representing regional and national business clients in a variety of commercial and construction litigation matters including actions for breach of contract, construction lien litigation, insurance coverage disputes and consumer fraud claims. He also has represented both builders and property owners on a variety of construction related issues including construction lien availability and exposure and compliance with applicable regulations and ordinances.
