Matthew E. Meyers is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Construction Litigation group where he concentrates his practice in construction litigation. Mr. Meyers has extensive experience litigating complex civil matters arising from construction defects. Mr. Meyers has represented homeowner associations, condominium associations, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of complex litigation including trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals. Mr. Meyers obtained one of the largest settlements ever for a condominium association in New Jersey.

In October 2009, Mr. Meyers was the lead counsel in a complex condominium deficiency case which settled shortly before going to trial. The total settlement was $5,900,000 and the litigation involved over 10 defendants and included claims relating to EIFS, brick, vinyl, roofs, windows and massive structural damages in buildings that contained 463 condominium units.
