Melissa D. Doogan is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Doogan was a law clerk for the Honorable Craig L. Wellerson, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she analyzed motions, draft recommendations and assisted Judge Wellerson in all matters pertaining to conferences with attorneys, oral arguments, trials and settlement hearings.

Ms. Doogan also has extensive experience in the corporate field. Ms. Doogan served as a Business Analyst Consultant to VWR Scientific (a former subsidiary of Merck Pharmaceuticals) where she managed multiple technological initiatives, conducted interviews during the discovery process to produce requirements and critical path analysis for e-business projects, and designed and facilitated fact-finding workshops to promote dialog between various groups within the organization.
