David A. Beaver is an associate and member of the Divorce Group of Stark & Stark. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Beaver served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Michele M. Fox, Superior Court, Family Part in Camden, New Jersey. Mr. Beaver's practice includes the negotiation of matrimonial-based financial settlements, drafting of various child custody/parenting agreements, post-judgment litigation and domestic violence matters.

Mr. Beaver serves as the current co-chair for the Annual NJAJ Boardwalk Support Staff Seminar. Mr. Beaver is the host of the Legal Lines television show, which airs monthly on WPSJ-TV.
