Leslie A. Mitnick is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury Group. Ms. Mitnick primarily concentrates her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, workers’ compensation and social security claims.

Ms. Mitnick graduated cum laude from Widner University Law School at the age of 40. Law is a second profession for Ms. Mitnick, who brings with her the experience of over 20 years as a registered nurse. Her background in medicine and patient advocacy naturally translates to her law practice, assisting those who have been harmed through the negligence of another to seek compensation and redress through the courts. Through her experience as an emergency room nurse, Ms. Mitnick is familiar with medicare, medicaid, HMOs, PPOs, and all aspects of medical and professional liability as well as insurance coverage.

Ms. Mitnick is a member of the Firm's Methadone Injury Litigation Team which is committed to protecting the rights of those killed or injured by the improper prescription of methadone.
