Kenneth Ferris is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate Group. Mr. Ferris primarily focuses his practice in the preparation of letters of agreement, and general advice and counsel in a wide variety of business matters. Mr. Ferris also has extensive experience in the listing and marketing of residential real estate. Mr. Ferris recently represented a regional bank on appeal to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, where he successfully won a reversal of a trial court judgment against his client.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark Mr. Ferris worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he prepared research memoranda and motions on federal criminal issues, and worked with Assistant United States Attorneys in trial preparation.

Mr. Ferris is currently attending the Temple University Beasley School of Law in the Graduate Tax Program. He received both his juris doctorate and a bachelor of arts in classics and philosophy from Villanova University
