Saul Roffe is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s securities Practice Group, where he concentrates his practice in litigation, preparing public offering documents for the sale of securities, and representation of broker-dealers and hedge funds. Mr. Roffe engages in all aspects of securities law, including civil securities actions representing plaintiffs and defendants, regulatory enforcement actions, compliance issues, arbitrations and litigations representing both brokerage firms and hedge funds.  He also provides advice regarding capital formation, where he has substantial background handling private placements and public offerings and acting as securities counsel for companies subject to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Mr. Roffe has formed and represented numerous hedge funds and is well versed on their securities law requirements. Mr. Roffe has also represented broker-dealers on compliance matters and in regulatory enforcement actions as well as stock offerings. Mr. Roffe has handled numerous transactions in securities law, including private placements, IPOs debt offerings and partnerships.
