Mr. Goldberg’s real estate practice also includes the representation of purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of real property, as well as landlords and tenants in the leasing of real estate. He negotiates and drafts construction agreements, easements and other documentation regarding the development of real estate.
Mr. Goldberg’s practice also concentrates on the regulatory compliance of franchisors and master franchisees, including drafting franchise disclosure documents, state registrations and compliance with other applicable federal and state laws. His practice also emphasizes general counseling and guidance for his clients.
His business and corporate practice focuses on the representation of start-up and emerging companies. It includes the drafting of corporate governing documents, partnership agreements, employment agreements and other contracts.
