Jeffrey Weiner is a Shareholder in the Business Litigation Group.  He concentrates his practice in the area of  business, contract law, business litigation and civil litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weiner was a partner with Newman & Weiner in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Mr. Weiner is a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and an Arbitrator for commercial cases appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County.    He is also an expert witness for legal malpractice actions involving business transactions.

Mr. Weiner is a lecturer at law for ICLE, State of New Jersey and the Philadelphia Bar Institute for CLE Credit.  He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Associates Alumni of Central High School.  In 2004, he received the Distinguished Service Award for Excellence in Continuing Legal Education, presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
