David M. Botwinick concentrates his practice in the areas of plaintiff trial practice, wrongful death, survivor actions, and other personal injury law.

Mr. Botwinick is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.  He has served as an Arbitrator for the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and for the American Arbitration Association.  

Mr. Botwinick is the past chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Central New Jersey, and is the General Counsel and on the Board of Directors of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce.  Additionally, he was an Advisory Commission member of the Mercer County Community College Legal Assistance Program.
