Vincent J. Mangini is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use group, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of land use, redevelopment, commercial transactions (such as office and retail leases, construction contracts and architectural services agreements) and green development law. In the area of green development, Mr. Mangini is well versed in the intricacies of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System for New Construction (LEED-NC) formulated by the United States Green Building Council and recently became a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Mangini also litigates disputes over land use approvals and redevelopment area designations.
