• Recovered $13,200,000 against an insurance company after a Lawrenceville teenager suffered severe head and brain injuries, multiple bone fractures and several internal injuries after the driver of the car she was riding in lost control and rolled over on the Garden State Parkway.
• Obtained $2,550,000 jury verdict for a Cherry Hill woman after her optometrist failed to treat and/or refer her to a specialist after she reported increased flashes and floater symptoms. As a result our client suffered permanent and partial visual distortion resulting in 20/40 vision.
  
• Received a $1,100,000 jury verdict for a Mercer County man who was driving a motorcycle and was struck by a vehicle that ran a stop sign causing neck, shoulder and back injuries, and a puncture wound to his leg.
• Obtained over $1,000,000 for a Hopewell woman who was in an automobile accident and suffered injuries to her hand, ankle and sternum. • Received an $865,000 settlement for the estate of an 88-year-old Hamilton woman who died after falling through an opening in her floor, which had been recently cut by a contractor working for her apartment complex.
• Recovered compensation in excess of $500,000 for a husband and wife after they were involved in an automobile accident with an intoxicated driver. As a result of the car accident, the husband sustained a neck fracture, left chest contusion, and adhesive capsulitis of his right shoulder and right hand.
