Stark & Stark's Collection group includes skip tracing and asset search teams. These teams have access to the latest technology including online access to multiple credit bureau, taxing authorities and public websites to efficiently gather the information that is relevant to pursuing claims.

Stark & Stark's Collections group is actively involved with organizations dedicated to commercial law including LEAN (Lease Enforcement Attorney Network), a nonprofit organization of law firms who pride themselves on their ability and willingness to represent clients in the enforcement of lease obligations, collections, asset recovery and bankruptcy. Additionally, members of the collection group are actively involved in the CCLA (Commercial Law League of America) and currently serve as members of the organization's Creditor's Rights Section's Executive Council and the Executive Council for the Eastern Region.
