Richard F. Hamilton, Chair of the Stark & Stark Real Estate Group, has over twenty-five years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate development and transactional work. Mr. Hamilton has extensive experience in planning, zoning and land use matters throughout New Jersey. He regularly handles filings and registrations for condominiums and homeowner associations with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. His representation of clients includes the purchase, sale and mortgage transactions on commercial properties, as well as representation of lenders in real estate based loan origination and workout transactions.

Prior to becoming a Shareholder at Stark & Stark, he was a partner for twelve years in the law firm of Destribats & Hamilton.
