Steven L. Friedman, Shareholder, is Chair of the Trusts and Estates Group of Stark & Stark and concentrates his practice in the areas of elder law, trust and estate planning and administration, federal, gift, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, charitable trust and foundation planning, probate and trust litigation and dispute resolution.
Mr. Friedman is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) and an Accredited Estate Planner. He has offered numerous seminars and written articles on all aspects of elder law, trust and estate planning and administration as well as on long term care, disability and catastrophic illness planning.
Mr. Friedman has been honored by his inclusion in Woodward/White's 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. In 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Mr. Friedman was named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer by New Jersey Monthly Magazine*.
