Robert M. Capuano, Shareholder, is a member of the Workers' Compensation Group in the Marlton office. He has over twenty-seven years of experience as a trial lawyer, first in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps of the United States Navy, where Lieutenant Capuano was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal. After his active duty, Mr. Capuano went into private practice concentrating in the area of Workers' Compensation Law for over twenty-two years. Several cases litigated by Mr. Capuano have resulted in reported and published decisions.

Mr. Capuano is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers' Compensation Law Attorney. Mr. Capuano served on the Executive Committee of the Workers' Compensation section of the New Jersey State Bar Association from 1987 to 2002. He was the Chair of that Section from 1995 to 1996. He currently serves on the New Jersey Commissioner of Labor's Commission on Judicial Performance.
