Vicki W. Beyer is a member of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in workers' compensation, social security disability and disability pension appeals for public employees before the Office of Administrative Law.

In March 2008, the New Jersey Supreme Court issued a unanimous decision in favor of Ms. Beyer's client, a permanently disabled former New Jersey Corrections Officer.  The case, Guadagno v. Board of Trustees, Police and Firemen's Retirement System, was the first to expand accidental disability retirement compensation under the Police and Firemen's Retirement Systems to include mental disabilities that arise absent an accompanying physical harm.

Ms. Beyer has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Workers' Compensation Law Attorney. Ms. Beyer is a member of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey. She also serves as a mentor and on the Women of Distinction Dinner Committee.

Ms. Beyer is a frequent speaker on workers' compensation issues and has authored numerous articles as well.In 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Ms. Beyer was named by New Jersey Monthly Magazine as a Super Lawyer in New Jersey. In 2005, she also had the added distinction of being recognized as one of the Top 50 Female Super Lawyers in New Jersey.
