- Associate to join our thriving Community Association Practice. Must have 1 - 3 years of experience practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Must have experience handling collection and foreclosure matters including handling hearings and trials in these and related matters. Must be personable, able to work independently, energetic, have a strong desire to market, build a practice and become a successful lawyer and businessperson. Admission to practice law in New York is a plus.
- Certified experienced New Jersey (3- 5 years) plaintiff's personal injury paralegals. Must be able to handle a large volume of files; work independently with minimal supervision; shift priorities as needed and work well with other staff. Ideal paralegal candidates must have experience in all phases of New Jersey litigation and PIP. PA. experience a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
- Experienced legal secretaries, to work in our New Jersey and Pa offices. All positions are for busy departments and require excellent computer skills. Knowledge of personal injury law or workers’ comp a plus. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who can shift priorities as needed. Team player attitude and strong work ethic is a must.
