Marian I. Kelly, Associate, is a member of Stark & Stark’s Personal Injury Group in the firm’s  Marlton, New Jersey Office. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Kelly gained over 15 years of experience in the practice areas of auto negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, and appellate practice. She has several published decisions on various personal injury issues.

Ms. Kelly is the Chairperson of the Gloucester County Professionalism Committee. She has participated as a lecturer in many Gloucester County Bar Association seminars and a panelist on the television program, The People’s Law Forum. She is also a member of the Bar Association’s Civil Practice committee, Bench-Bar committee, and Women-in-Law committee. Ms. Kelly has also participated as a judge in local and state DECA competitions for New Jersey high school students in the category of ethics in law.
