Matthew Meyers is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Construction Litigation group where he concentrates his practice in construction litigation. Mr. Meyers has extensive experience litigating complex civil matters arising from construction defects. Mr. Meyers has represented homeowner associations, condominium associations, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of complex litigation including trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals. Mr. Meyers obtained one of the largest settlements ever for a condominium association in New Jersey.
