Michael Mignano is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Securities Practice group, where he concentrates his practice on counseling financial service entities including investment advisers, broker-dealers, public and private investment companies (e.g., mutual funds, hedge funds, etc.), insurance brokers/agents, CPA firms and their employees, on regulatory, compliance, liability and litigation issues. Mr. Mignano has extensive experience responding to FINRA inquiries.

Mr. Mignano also has extensive experience working as a market maker in NASDAQ securities for over 18 years. Mr. Mignano served as Vice President of Foreign Trading for Knight Trading Group, where was responsible for the management of a team of six traders who were active in overnight trading in the Pacific Rim, London and Switzerland. Mr. Mignano has held licenses as a registered representative, registered options principal and registered principal throughout his career.
