Kenneth Ferris is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate Group. Mr. Ferris is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Services Department. He has represented corporations, banks, boards, and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters including cases involving complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage claims, environmental law, property disputes, and estates and probate litigation.  He has represented clients in multiple state and federal jurisdictions at the trial and appellate levels.  Mr. Ferris has experience in all aspects of trial litigation, including discovery, motions practice, briefing, and hearings. In addition, Mr. Ferris has substantial experience and expertise in Appellate Litigation, participating in briefing numerous cases in appellate courts including the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
