Eric S. Goldberg is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use Group where he concentrates his practice in land use and telecommunications. Prior to joining Stark & Stark Mr. Goldberg was the Manager of Real Estate for T-Mobile in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for all facets of leasing and zoning for T-Mobile in the Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, and Southern New Jersey regions. Mr. Goldberg also coordinated the efforts of leasing, zoning, engineering, legal and construction experts to erect telecommunications facilities.
Mr. Goldberg also worked with the School District of Philadelphia as Assistant Council, where he drafted and negotiated contracts, including agreements of sale, leases and easements. Mr. Goldberg was engaged in all aspects of commercial litigation, and represented the school district before the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Philadelphia.
Mr. Goldberg has also previously worked with K. Hovanian Companies in Red Bank, New Jersey as in-house legal counsel, where he prepared and negotiated agreements of sale, developer’s agreements and easements, and obtained all approvals necessary to develop residential communities. He also represented K. Hovanian Companies before municipal governing bodies and planning commissions.
