Michael J. Brittan is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Employment Litigation group.  Mr. Brittan represents a variety of employers across several industries. He handles a wide variety of employment issues ranging from claims of discrimination to contractual disputes.  A large majority of Mr. Brittan’s practice is focused on the representation of companies in the securities industry in litigation involving violations of restrictive covenants.
