In the wake of the Supreme Court's decision in Kelo v. City of New London (2005) much more attention is being placed on personal property rights. As a way of keeping the public informed of the ever-changing legal landscape surrounding eminent domain, the attorneys of Stark & Stark's Condemnation Group have created the Eminent Domain Resource Center.

A1873- Authorizes the State, with prior approval by the State House Commission, to use Eminent Domain power to acquire lands for recreation and conservation purposes provided lands are protective of drinking water sources.
