Megan M. Christensen is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Community Associations group, where she concentrates her practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania on advising condominium associations, cooperatives and homeowners associations on matters such as transition from developer control, litigation arising from construction defects, contractor service agreements, fair housing compliance and the enforcement of rules and regulations.

While in law school, Ms. Christensen served as a law clerk for the Commercial Litigation department at Gibbons Del Deo in Newark, New Jersey and for the in-house counsel department PSE&G, also located in Newark, New Jersey. Additionally, Ms. Christensen practiced employment law as a summer associate at Grotta Glassman and Hoffman in Roseland, New Jersey.

Ms. Christensen is a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is actively involved with the Urban Development Committee for the Pennsylvania chapter. Ms. Christensen currently holds the position of Vice-President of Procurement on the St. Francis Community Fund Raising Board and is a member of the Young Lawyers Committee.
