Brian P. Murphy is an Associate in the Personal Injury group. He concentrates his practice on asserting the rights of individuals who have been neglected or abused at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals and group homes throughout the state of New Jersey. Mr. Murphy is the author of How to Locate and Ethically Interview Former Employees; Choosing a Quality Nursing Home; and co-author of Litigating Assisted Living Facilities and Group Homes: Establishing Liability.


Before joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Murphy was associated with the firm of Margolis Edelstein in Westmont, New Jersey and The Bayne Law Group in Princeton, New Jersey.
