Vincent J. Mangini is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use group, where he concentrates his practice in the area of land use, redevelopment, historic preservation, green development law, and commercial transactions, such as purchase and sale agreements, office and retail leases, construction contracts and architectural services agreements. Mr. Mangini also litigates disputes over land use approvals and redevelopment area designations.
