Robyn Nolan Howlett, practices in the Community Associations group.  Ms. Howlett regularly advises condominium, homeowner's, and co-op boards and property management companies, both in New York and New Jersey, on issues related to creation and enforcement of rules and regulations, developer transition, fair housing compliance and litigation arising from construction defects and contractor service agreements.  She also has experience advising boards in the process of transitioning from cooperatives to condominiums.

Before joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Howlett served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Louis F. Locascio, Superior Court of Monmouth County, New Jersey and completed an internship with The Honorable Francis P. DeStefano Ocean County, New Jersey.
